Our brand new Badger Barn Gym is perfect for large groups of all ages. It utilizes folding chairs and is equipped with a stage and a basic sound system.

Robeson Hall
Robeson Hall is ideal for large groups. A/V equipment is available upon request. This meeting room is for adults only.

Shepherds Hall
Shepherds Hall is a casual meeting space ideal for youth groups and camps. It is equipped with basic AV equipment.

Barnes Center
The Barnes Center is our open air meeting space, ideal for all kinds of groups. It utilizes benches and folding chairs. This meeting space has a stage, 3 phase power and basic sound equipment.
Capacity: 800 People
Averett Lounges
Three lounges are available for use in the Averett building. Each of these lounges offers a kitchenette, cable TV, tables, chairs, and comfortable couches; two of these lounges have fireplaces. The Averett lounges are great for medium and small groups.

Azalea Lounge
Located in the Azalea Lodge, this lounge has space for up to 30 people and features a fireplace, satellite TV, and mini fridge.

Cassels & Laurel Lounges
As part of the Cassels and Laurel Cluster Lodges, each lounge has space for about 30 people to meet.

Dean Porch
Dean Porch is an enclosed porch meeting space that is included with the rental of the Dean Lodge. Bring your own AV equipment for this meeting space.
Capacity: 144 People
Timber Frame
The Timber Frame meeting spaces are open air meetings spaces that allow you to enjoy the natural surroundings while being protected from the elements. They can hold about 50 people on benches. Both Timber Frames were constructed from trees felled and milled from Ridge Haven’s 700 plus acres.
Mudgeville Pavilion
The Mudgeville Pavilion is an open air meeting space that can hold up to 120 people on benches, allowing you to enjoy the sounds of a near by stream while being protected from the elements. It has electricity and water and can be outfitted with a portable sound system if needed.
